Features
Introduction to CrossFit 101!
This class is required for all beginner CrossFit athletes! This class will provide you with the 9 foundational movements of CF, and give you an edge of knowledge on the floor! The class is scheduled for 4 days. We make sure to work with your schedule and definitely make-up the classes that are needed! Once the 4 classes are completed you will graduate to being on the floor! You choose the membership that works best for your lifestyle and goals!
CrossFit
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity
1 hour group classes
CrossFit Unlimited- $150
MOST DESIRABLE PACKAGE and gives unlimited CrossFit classes, unlimited HIIT classes, and option of Open Gym!
CrossFit 3x a week -$140
flexible membership plan but still includes unlimited HIIT classes available!

Personal Training
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want
45min 1:1 Training
Monthly Options- 45min sessions:
6 sessions: $45 per class
8 sessions: $40 per class
12 sessions: $35 per class
When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions. We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.

CrossFit Fairhope HIIT Group Class
HIIT is a 30min High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training is a program that is 30min long and designed to get you fit with using bodyweight movements and minimal equipment. This class is sure to challenge everyone and get your body moving. The coaches are fun and the community makes it better!
