"Summer of 181 Challenger"

I decided to join the 6 week challenge to learn portion control and proper nutrition to fuel my body to get the best results from my workouts. My goals are included below.

 

I am 47 yrs old, and have been some what active throughout my life with starting workout regimes, sticking with then a year or so, then life happens and I would stop for a while, then start back. This time,  I am putting ME first! My father died at the same age I am now from a heart attack (never sick a day in his life aside of occasional sinusitis) I want to do everything I can do, not to be like my father in that regard. I want to challenge myself,  be strong, feel good and of course, look good! And this is where I feel, is my beginning!
