“Why am I doing this challenge….? I need to learn to eat, to be healthy & lose weight. After today’s list o’ foods….I have been starving myself, which has resulted in NOT losing weight & bad habits. The big 50 is coming & this will help start the process to be a better, healthier, & less of ME!”
